Schedule 1 Fuel Testing

Schedule 1 Fuel Test gives a broad understanding of the condition of fuel and its suitability for use. It results in a basic fuel condition report. 

Features

  • A screening test to determine if there is a problem with the fuel
  • Useful for determining compliance with Australian Standard AS3570 or, if water and/or sediment accumulation are suspected as the likely cause of performance problems or component damage.

Schedule 2 Fuel Testing

Schedule 2 Fuel Test provides a relatively detailed fuel condition report. This test gives the user a clear understanding of the condition of their fuel and its suitability for use. 

Features

  • More comprehensive than a Schedule 1 Test.
  • Also provides a microscopic identification of sediment for possible sources of contaminant.
  • It also measures bacterial / fungal growth that may cause filter blockage and performance problems.

Schedule 3 Fuel Testing

Schedule 3 Fuel Test provides the most comprehensive fuel condition report available. 

Features

  • Provides a complete analysis of the condition of fuel and its suitability for use
  • Allows a clear understanding of whether the fuel can be treated or requires disposal
  • A quality check for conformance with AS3570 for fuel sale
  • This schedule will provide a definite conclusion on the fuel's fitness for use
  • Identifies the causes of performance problems (low power, smoking, component damage etc)
  • Indicates poor fuel quality due to contamination by light or heavy grade products such as kerosene, solvents, petrol, wax, oil etc.
