Vikoma T9 (Floating) Skimmer

The system is ideal for use in oil/water interceptors, ballast ponds/lagoons, settling tanks and storm water interceptors. The standard system consists of the T9 skimmer head, an electro-hydraulic power pack, an on-board positive displacement VikoPump and all the necessary hoses. The speed of the on-board pump is automatically controlled by the level of oil in the skimmer.

The T9 skimmer system is highly efficient for use in the removal of a wide range of water contaminated hydrocarbon based pollutants. The system is designed for continuous use in both hazardous and corrosive environments. It can be supplied either as free floating, for use when there are significant water level changes, or fixed, to be used where a “C” cup or skim pipe system is in place and water levels are constant. The skimmer has been sucessfully used in the following industries: Oil/Gas – Iron/Steel -Chemicals -Food – Power Generation.
