Qualified engineering design, CAD (2D and 3D modelling) services, process flow and process and instrumentation diagrams for the retail, commercial, industrial and Defence bulk fuel environments

Our highly skilled team, consisting of Project Managers, Engineers, Drafting Personnel, Technical Specialists, Hazardous Area Subject Matter Experts, Electricians, Fuel & Tank Technicians, provides a wide range of services designed to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. This specialist team is led by Jay Howland (right) and Kieron Zajac.

Jay has decades of experience in the petroleum / mechanical engineering sector. As General Manager of OPEC’s Energy Division, Jay’s depth of knowledge ensures the solutions the team designs and delivers are a precise fit for our customer’s needs.

Kieron, with over ten years’ experience delivering Energy Division Fuel and Tank Management projects, ably assists Jay in the operational deployment of our team. Together they have the proven ability to coordinate unique, complex, multifaceted projects from conception, through planning, design and construction to final delivery.

OPEC has an appointed HSEQ Manager (Health, Safety & Environment & Quality Manager) to manage and maintain the OPEC Integrated Management System (IMS). The HSEQ manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the OPEC IMS and ensures all our accredited operational procedures produce optimised outcomes for our customers whilst strictly adhering to legislation and industry best practice.
