We all love our coffee, but did you know that Australians consume around a billion disposable coffee cups every year?
These cups, which start life in a forest before journeying to refinery, distributor and coffee house, are then used for a few magic minutes before being thrown away and commencing a thousand year life in landfill – and this is a best-case scenario.
To help prevent coffee cup waste, and in keeping with our environmental solutions mandate, OPEC Systems recently took possession of our very own beautifully branded Keep Cups.
These Keep Cups have now been distributed to all our employees. Coffee anyone?
