We are excited to have hit the ‘go’ button on OPEC College, giving people a new provider to consider for quality RPL and training opportunities.
OPEC College is a new division of OPEC Systems, and builds on our long-held RTO status, offering qualifications from Cert III to Graduate Diploma, within eight faculties.
Faculties include: Business; Leadership & Management; HR; Work Health & Safety; Project Management; Government; Risk Management & Auditing; and Marine Oil Spill.
“We are delighted to launch OPEC College, having identified a market opening for quality training with an RPL component,” said OPEC College GM, Dave Kirkby. “OPEC Systems already works closely with industry through our company’s other divisions. Extending our services into education means we can combine our training expertise with our company’s deep industry integration, delivering commercially focused training for future proof employment.”
An important facet of the service is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), where assessors examine a candidate’s skills acquired through their career to determine if this can be translated into a relevant qualification. Where there are gaps, OPEC College offers training.

OPEC College Registration Number 41595 is currently transitioning to River Oak College Registration Number 46425, to work alongside OPEC Systems in industry.
