This week saw OPEC Systems exhibit at Ecoforum and the PFAS summit, at Sydney’s Darling Harbour where we gave visitors a glimpse of our Surface Active Foam Fractionation (SAFF) technology. The SAFF technology represented by a large display column at the exhibit intrigued a lot of people and gave a visual representation of the OPEC SAFF process. The column also acted as a competition allowing visitors to guess the correct number of PFAS molecules and if guessed correctly they got to take home a bottle of Arras Grand Vintage premium Australian sparkling wine.
OPEC Systems seeks to grow its reputation as an innovator and integrator of in-situ and ex-situ PFAS treatments of soils, waters and pavements which offer our customers a competitive advantage. Our treatment solutions are founded in science and supported by our in-house technology laboratory staffed by three FTE’s who conduct experiments at bench/pilot scale to validate client engineering designs to ensure efficacy.
Foam fractionation is a great base solution for the treatment of soils, waters and pavements to remove PFAS. It’s a simple solution to a complex problem.
