Description:
Addition of AdBlue storage and dispensing facilities to existing POL-points at these facilities.
OPEC scope:
OPEC was engaged to supply, install and commission the AdBlue tank, pipework and AdBlue dispensers on these facilities.
Challenges/solutions:
HAZOP review revealed non-conformities to the FSB requirement for the specified unloading pump. Discrepancies discovered between Australian standards and FSB requirements.
Innovations:
OPEC design team working with FSB on improving and clarifying the specifications.
